An excellent Italian cuisine, using only fresh, local products. Everyday, the chef himself selects vegetables, meats and cheeses from local producers. Our 3 types of bread are made with an especially selected flour and with a slow production. Fettuccine, ravioli and other types of pasta are all homemade. The herbs are grown and gathered from our garden.

La Dogana is a big estate with 500 years of history, it consists of two buildings, the Lake House and the Farm House, and two independent houses in the ancient wood, The Woodcutter and the Coach House.
Between century-old olive trees up on the hills you can find our beautiful 26 metre swimming-pool with a stunning view over the Trasimeno Lake. The pool is located at 300 meters from the Lake View, 400 from the houses in the wood, and 500 from the Farm House.
Our restaurant is located at the heart of our inside the ancient mill of the property with a garden terrace overlooking the lake that can receive up to 120 guests for your wedding reception.
Finally, under the restaurant our big farm and the horse paddock where the teacher Laura makes horse riding lessons and horse ridings around the lake.
